CASE STUDY
Aluminum formwork system for reinforced slabs
Work on a formwork system specific to reinforced slabs (measuring room, radiology room) with structural calculations.
Carrying out tests, optimizing and validating shapes, taking the environment into account.
Optimization of production allowing manufacturing to be kept in France.
The success of this project is demonstrated by the volume of parts produced (several hundred thousand).

ACHIEVEMENTS
Aluminum foundry in the building industry
Aluminum is experiencing strong growth in the construction sector due to its intrinsic characteristics (weight, corrosion protection, recyclable) and thanks to its transformation possibilities (strong demand from Architects).
The sector is constantly evolving with a strong sensitivity on the price, the search for performance and optimization of materials. Actions related to the reduction of the carbon footprint lead to a growing demand for aluminum in recent years.
Charles Lauzier supplies parts whether for construction, renovation or home equipment.
CASE STUDIES
CASE STUDY
optimized aluminum guardrails
Work on replacing laser-cut profiles with castings (reduced number of parts, maximization of possibilities) in the guardrail sector.
Thanks to the trust gained by the customer, we worked with the design office, taking into account the product environment and economic objectives.
We were able to develop a product that allowed them to better implement the product and improve quality (reduced losses).

CASE STUDY
design and manufacture of a box blind
Work on the design and manufacture of a box blind in partnership with the client. The latter wanted technical support from Charles Lauzier 's knowledge in this field thanks to his FIAL brand.
This project represents 24 castings.
